I seek to support individuals as they navigate a variety of life’s challenges; relationships, grief and loss, life transitions, managing expectations and finding ways to live and be proud of who we are and how we show in the world even when it’s hard. I endeavor to create a space that fosters psychological and emotional safety where my clients feel empowered to grapple with and explore topics that are deeply personal and meaningful to them.

A focal point of my work is supporting individuals with neuro-diversities, which include autism, intellectual disabilities, learning differences, and ADHD. I take a family systems approach and understand that each individual is part of a larger system and emotional unit that impacts so much of who we are and how we grow. I am available for parent coaching with respect to setting boundaries, following through with behaviour expectations, supporting home and school collaboration, IEP development and goal setting.

I am currently completing a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University. I hold a Master’s in Special Education from UBC and am a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. I have worked in the public school system for the past 10 years and am dedicated to supporting inclusive education to foster the growth and learning of all individuals, from the students themselves to their entire support systems.
